The Municipal Court of the City of Weston Missouri is a subdivision of the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Missouri, and acts as the Court of original jurisdiction in all cases involving violations against the Ordinances of the City of Weston Missouri, as set forth in the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri, Chapter 479.
Court Schedule:
Weston Municipal Court convenes on the first Monday of every month at 7 p.m. sharp. If the first Monday falls on a holiday, the court will be held on the following Tuesday. For questions regarding the Municipal Court, please contact Weston City Hall during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If you are required to appear in court, you must attend on the date listed on your citation(s) or a summons. Failure to appear in court on your scheduled court date or failure to pay your fine as ordered may result in a warrant being issued for your arrest and/or your driver's license may be suspended.
